Each athlete is required to train at least 8 weeks prior to competition.
Please arrive to practice on time and ready to train.
Come appropriately groomed and dressed for practice.
Bring appropriate equipment, supplies, clothing, gym bag needed for practice.
Be sure to bring a personal water bottle (filled with water, no soda/energy drink) with your name printed on the bottle.
No outside food is to be brought into the bowling center.
If you are unable to attend practice, please notify your coach.
