Each athlete is required to train at least 8 weeks prior to competition.
Please arrive to practice on time and ready to train.
Come dressed appropriately for practice – NO street clothes! Wear shorts or sweat pants, t-shirt or sweatshirt, and appropriate running shoes.
Bring appropriate equipment, supplies, clothing, gym bag needed for practice.
Be sure to bring a personal water bottle (filled with water, no soda/energy drink) with your name printed on the bottle.
If you are unable to attend practice, please notify your coach.
