Track and Field Practice – SRHS

Please do not enter the building without a coach present. Arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of practice. Come dressed appropriately for volleyball practice – gym shorts/sweat pants, t-shirt and gym shoes. No jeans. No dress/work shoes. No boots. Bring a water bottle with your name printed on it.

Please do not enter the pool area without a coach present. Arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of practice. Change and be in the pool by 7:00 p.m. Bring a water bottle with your name printed on it. Athletes competing in Summer Games are required to attend both practice days – Tuesday and Thursday.

Athletes who participate in ALCs discuss ideas and problems, respond to program proposals, make suggestions, and propose recommendations to the State Office and County programs.
