The first practice on July 10th will be held at the outdoor track at the Southeastern Indiana YMCA in Batesville. The location of practice will rotate to various locations.
Each athlete is required to train at least 8 weeks prior to competition.
Please arrive to practice on time and ready to train.
Come dressed appropriately for practice. Shorts, sweatpants, t-shirt or sweatshirt. No street clothes or shoes. The Coach reserves the right to not allow an athlete practice if not dressed appropriately for practice.
Bring appropriate equipment, supplies, clothing, or gym bag needed for practice.
Be sure to bring a personal water bottle (filled with water, no soda/energy drink) with your name printed on the bottle.
If you are unable to attend practice, please notify your coach.
