Player evaluations are meant to provide more insight into a team’s ability so that the teams are placed in the proper level during divisioning. All five-on-five teams must submit their Player Evaluation forms to the state office. On Tuesday, December 6th we will be conducting our player evaluations at the Moores Hill Elementary School beginning at 6:00 pm. All athletes wishing to play on a five-on-five basketball team must attend this evaluation, this is the only time evaluations will be conducted. Players will be placed on teams based on their evaluation. The evaluation will consist of a review of the player’s ability to handle the ball, passing, movement, shooting, game awareness and rebounding.
Once the evaluations are complete, teams will be formed and coach(es) assigned. Practices will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at the Moores Hill Elementary School from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm, with the first practice on December 8th.
