8:00am Check-In for Skills Test and Individual Golfers
8:30am Coaches Meeting (Coaches, Partners/Caddies, Individual Golfers,
Skills Contestants, and Volunteers) at Check-In Tent
9:00am Individual Competition Begins
11:30am Lunch
12:30pm Check-In for Unified Competition
1:00pm Opening Ceremonies followed by a Coaches Meeting (Coaches,
Athletes, Partners, Volunteers) at Check-In Tent
1:30pm Unified Competition Begins (Shotgun Start)
Flights will be set-up and in place for the tournament. You will be able to find
out your positioning when you check in. There will be a maximum of 6 teams
per flight, and a minimum of 2 teams per flight.
Golf carts will be provided for all individual and Unified Stoke play golfers. Golfers
competing in individual skills will not be granted use of golf carts. Please note that the
Golf Cart Rules seen on Page 141 of the 2023-2024 Program Information Guide are still in effect for State Tournament play. Coaches and spectators will NOT be granted use of golf carts. Individual Golfers will need to provide their own golf cart operator. All Golf cart operators will be required to fill out a Golf Cart Best Practices Form.
Putting green is available all day for warm-up. Due to Skills Competition, the
driving range will only be open in the afternoon.
Following your round of golf, please turn in your scorecard and report to the
scoreboard area to receive your awards. Awards will be distributed as each
division finishes.
Smoking is prohibited on the course. All Special Olympics events are smoke-free.
No meals will be provided. A concession stand will be open throughout the day.
Please remember to BRING WATER. There are water stations located on the
course.
First aid will be available at coaches check-in.
Souvenirs will be available.
Spectators will be allowed to follow their athletes ON-FOOT throughout the
course. No golf carts will be given to spectators. Please be respectful of course
rules
