Special Olympics Team USA is a 210-member delegation of athletes, coaches and official delegates representing the United States at the 2017 Special Olympics World Winter Games, being held March 14-25, 2017, in Austria. US athletes will compete in 7 sports: alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, figure skating, floor hockey, snowboarding, snowshoeing and speed skating. Special Olympics USA is supported by 40 volunteer coaches and 20 delegation members who support team operations. Nearly 3,000 athletes and 1,100 coaches from 110 nations will compete at the 2017 World Winter Games. Competition and special event venues will be in and around Graz, Schladming and Ramsau.
