Special Olympics Indiana provides year rounds sports training and competition for men, women and children with intellectual disabilities.
Each athlete is required to train at least 8 weeks prior to competition.
Please arrive to practice on time and ready to train.
Come dressed appropriately for practice. No street clothes.
Bring appropriate equipment, supplies, clothing, gym bag needed for practice.
Be sure to bring a personal water bottle (filled with water, no soda/energy drink) with your name printed on the bottle.
If you are unable to attend practice, please notify your coach.
