Each athlete is required to train at least 8 weeks prior to competition.
Please arrive to practice on time and ready to train.
Come dressed appropriately for practice. Shorts, sweatpants, t-shirt or sweatshirt. No street clothes or shoes. The Coach reserves the right to not allow an athlete practice if not dressed appropriately for practice.
Bring appropriate equipment, supplies, clothing, or gym bag needed for practice. Shin guards are required for all competitors and must be completely covered by the socks. Metal studs, baseball cleats, and football cleats are not allowed for athletes that choose to wear cleats. Shin guards and cleats are the responsibility of the athlete.
Be sure to bring a personal water bottle (filled with water, no soda/energy drink) with your name printed on the bottle.
If you are unable to attend practice, please notify your coach.
